We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and CareCredit.

We accept most dental insurance plans, but we don't participate with any groups, networks or PPO. We are an out of network office.

Any amount not paid by your insurance company is your responsibility.

Full payment is due when services are provided unless other arrangements are made prior to treatment.
